Immerse yourself in regional creativity at Art Collective WA, a premier artist-run gallery nestled in Perth's Cathedral Square. Established in 2013, this unique, not-for-profit organisation champions long-term career artists who have lived and worked in Western Australia for many years. Operating with a collaborative group approach, the collective provides critical career infrastructure, presenting members and invited guests through a dynamically rotating annual program.
Beyond its physical concrete-and-glass gallery floor, Art Collective WA extends its reach globally by showcasing local talent at major international art fairs, including Art Stage Singapore and Sydney Contemporary, alongside strategic regional partnerships with the Holmes à Court Gallery, Geraldton, and Bunbury Regional Art Galleries.
The gallery also drives the preservation of regional art history. Through its celebrated Collective Conversations podcast series and the publication of substantial artist monographs, it successfully projects Western Australian visual art into a global contemporary context.
