About this attraction
Apex Park features an all abilities adventure playground, an impressive skate park and modern barbecue facilities. The park overlooks Gunbower Creek and features the sandy shoreline of Cohuna Beach.
Cohuna Beach is perfect for building sandcastles or swimming. The shallow water access is ideal for launching kayaks with an easy paddle through Cohuna Town Lagoon a short distance upstream on Gunbower Creek. The lagoon is a magnificent ecological haven for birdlife on the town's doorstep.
