Adina Vineyard and Olive Grove offers a dedicated olive tasting experience set among around 2,000 olive trees in Lovedale, Hunter Valley. Olives are a core part of the estate, with oils and table olives grown, processed and produced on site.
Guests can enjoy guided olive tastings featuring a range of estate-grown extra virgin olive oils, including unfiltered EVOO, alongside infused oils such as chilli, garlic and lemon myrtle. Tastings provide insight into flavour profiles, production methods and how different oils can be enjoyed with food, offering a relaxed, food-led experience that complements a visit to the cellar door.
Olives at Adina are processed using a world-class Pieralisi olive mill, an Italian system recognised globally for quality and precision in olive oil production. This allows the estate to control the entire process from grove to bottle.
Adina's olives and olive oils have been recognised nationally at the Australian International Olive Awards, including multiple gold medals and a Best Table Olive of Show award. Visitors can taste, learn and purchase olive oils and olive products directly from the estate, making it a distinctive olive experience within the Hunter Valley.
