About this attraction
Sometimes a change of scenery is not quite enough to properly unwind.
Alpine Breath offers group breathwork sessions in Bright, Victoria — a guided experience for anyone looking to truly reset and feel more like themselves.
Breathwork is the practice of breathing intentionally using techniques that directly change how the body and mind feel. It sits alongside mindfulness and relaxation practices, but tends to produce results faster. No meditation experience or special knowledge needed. Just come as you are.
Two session types are available on a regular basis. Restore is built around slower, extended breathing for deep calm and nervous system rest — the kind of stillness that is hard to find when actively trying to find it. Reset uses dynamic breathing patterns to shake off tension and reconnect with the body. Both are suitable for complete beginners.
Breath is led by certified facilitator Stefaan White, who brings a background in science and fitness coaching to every session.
