Yellow Gum Cottage is a circa 1920s two-bedroom Miner's Cottage. The exterior of the building is typical of its era and is in the corrugated iron style common to this area. The property is fully fenced including a dividing gate between front and rear yards.
The property is clean, comfortable and affordable, with all the normal facilities, such as a bathroom, television, refrigerator, tea/coffee-making facilities, microwave and most importantly, comfortable beds.
