Collie Goods Shed Markets
About this event
Designed by C Y O'Connor and built in 1898, the Goods Shed has recently been restored by the Collie Heritage Group and is also used for markets on alternate Sunday mornings.
The markets have a variety of stalls including fresh fruit and vegetables, herbs, preserves, candles, soaps, books, jewellery, children’s toys, clothes and lots, lots more.
The Coach Café, a restored dining carriage, will be serving Devonshire teas, espresso coffee, toasties and a selection of cakes.
The Bill Weir Rolling Stock Shed, located next to the Goods Shed, houses many wagons that are being restored by some very enthusiastic volunteers from the Collie Heritage Group.
The sheds form part of the "Working Life Trail" and are open on market mornings and limited hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
