Discover over 20 chilli-inspired stalls overflowing with bold flavours — from tongue-tingling sauces and condiments to spicy jams, dips, chips, and even chilli lollies.
You can pick out your own chilli plant to take home, learn to cook with those amazing sauces, and get expert garden advice from local favourites Sophie Thomson and Kim Syrus.
This year they're adding a creative twist! Enjoy their Chilli-Inspired Art Show and join in the fun of our Hot Hat Competitions, with prizes awarded daily.
