Amy's Great Ocean Road Gran Fondo is one of Australia's most spectacular and safest cycle event. Catering to cyclists of all abilities, the event is held on fully closed roads in one of the most picturesque destinations on the planet – the Great Ocean Road. Amy's Great Ocean Road Gran Fondo is held in memory of Amy Gillett and conducted by the Amy Gillett Foundation. Participants raise much-needed funds to help the Amy's Foundation create a safe bike riding environment in Australia.
Participants can choose from one of the following distances: 122 kilometre Gran Fondo, UCI Age Group Race or Recreational Ride. Qualify for the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships. 90 kilometre Out and Back Medio Fondo, 45 kilometre Medio Fondo, Recreational Ride. 14 kilometre Family Fondo, Recreational Ride. 45 kilometre Gravel Fondo, Open Race or Recreational Ride. Located in Lorne and Apollo Bay.
