The Royal Queensland Show, or the Ekka as it is fondly known to locals, holds a special place in the hearts of all Queenslanders. It is Queensland's largest annual event that's staged at its original birthplace, the Brisbane Showgrounds. Ekka brings the country and city together for a true celebration of agriculture.
With hundreds of free activities and things to see, including animal adventures, agriculture competitions, rides, live music, showbags, cookery and garden displays, children's entertainment, fireworks displays and so much more!
