Prepare to savour the tastes, sights and sounds of Italy over one delicious week in August as A Taste of Italy combines everything on offer in Griffith.
Salami, gnocchi, music and more – showcasing their authentic Italian culture and providing you all with a complete and memorable week in Griffith with the many Italian-themed events and experiences for the whole family to enjoy.
The first Italian migrants brought their viticulture, market gardening skills and passion for food and cooking to Griffith. Old traditions like salami making, preserving olives and sauce days are continued enthusiastically.
