From the organiser
This Wild Wellness Retreat is the antidote to modern life stress; for anyone, feeling overwhelmed and needing a lasting life recalibration. Our Cove retreat is for those looking to optimise their wellness through a science-backed, wholistic approach.
Get your Wild Wellness fill across three days overlooking the Bass Strait. We're bringing the very best practitioners including a Wim Hof Instructor and Nutritionist to Tassie's North West for this Australian first where years of lived experience merge with health professionals and global thought leaders. Launched in 2021, The Cove is Tasmania's latest seaside escape - perfect for our science-backed methods and a good dose of relaxation.
Get ready for Wim Hof Method ocean plunging (where the Little penguins play come evening), practitioner-led sessions beneath the stars, powerful journaling and guided breathwork. This is no ordinary wellness blueprint. You'll discover the Wild Wellness 3 pillars: connection, care and commitment.
This is for you if wellness is secondary to your to-do list, limiting beliefs interrupt your flow, you want wellness to be a fun adventure.
