Baby Massage Introductory Session Perth
About this event
The Infant Massage Information Service presents a free Baby Massage Introductory Session for parents, babies and expectant parents in Perth.
Specialising in infant and paediatric massage education, the Infant Massage Information Service has provided professional training, resources and family education in Australia since 2000.
This evidence-informed session introduces safe, responsive infant massage and its role in supporting parent-infant connection, communication, comfort and wellbeing.
Parents will learn about infant cues and readiness for massage, appropriate oils and products, when massage should be adapted or avoided, and practical baby massage techniques they can use at home.
Babies are welcome to feed, sleep or take a break throughout the session.
Places are limited and advance booking is required.
