Casa Carboni Regional Italian Cooking Class: Umbria
About this event
In this cooking class, you will prepare a traditional Italian long lunch menu inspired by the region of Umbria, using Matteo's pick of produce from the Barossa Farmers Market and local farm gates.
After the class, you will be seated in the Enoteca and dine on the wonderful dishes you have just prepared with wine and D'Angelo Coffee to finish.
All classes start the Italian way, with coffee and cake!
This class is offered every Saturday during the month of September.
