The Jamieson Autumn Festival returns to the historic High Country town of Jamieson, celebrating autumn with a weekend of live music, markets, workshops and community spirit.
Saturday is the main festival day, when Jamieson's picturesque main street and riverside come alive with four stages of live music, busking, artisan market stalls, food and drink vendors, old world trade demonstrations, community games, kids activities, workshops, an art exhibition and a classic car show and shine. Visitors can wander between the stages, explore the market, enjoy local food and drinks, and soak up the vibrant festival atmosphere surrounded by beautiful autumn colour. Live music continues into the evening at the Jamieson Brewery and Grill and the Courthouse Hotel.
On Sunday, the festival slows down with creative workshops, and a guided Significant Tree Walk through the township.
The Jamieson Autumn Festival is a free community event and a perfect opportunity to experience the charm, creativity and welcoming spirit of this historic High Country town.
