Returning to Commonwealth Park for Floriade 2026, The Gin Garden transforms spring into a joyful, maximalist world of oversized botanicals, brilliant colour and glittering disco details. Settle in with friends and explore a brand-new menu of seasonal botanical cocktails refreshing mocktails and Underground Spirits' playful new Edible Cocktails.
At the heart of the garden is the signature Underground Spirits Cocktail High Tea: a 90-minute experience featuring a Floriade Gin and Tonic on arrival, a handcrafted cocktail served from a teapot into mismatched vintage teacups, and a beautiful selection of sweet and savoury delicacies created by Canberra's celebrated L'épi Artisan Bakery.
Visitors are welcome to drop in for drinks throughout Floriade, while bookings are recommended for Cocktail High Tea and the Gin Garden's immersive group experiences. Perfect for friends, celebrations and springtime catch-ups, this is where exceptional Canberra spirits, local food and spectacular styling come together at the centre of the Floriade festivities.
