She Emerges: An Island Escape at the KI Dragonfly Guesthouse offers a three-day and five-day wellness adventure for women, on Kangaroo Island.
In Chinese culture, menopause is celebrated as a woman's Second Spring. A time of wisdom, freedom and renewal, waiting to be claimed. She Emerges has been designed to celebrate this new stage in life.
Your host, Susi, will introduce guests to the benefits of intermittent fasting, as they prepare meals which support your hormones. Intertwined with this, guests will enjoy coastal walks, exhilarating ice baths, toasty saunas, a soothing sound healing, and quiet reflection time, while creating connection with other women.
Located in a tranquil seaside township, the KI Dragonfly is a delightful guesthouse that "feels like a warm hug". There's a porch swing, a veggie patch, snuggly comfortable beds, and the comforts of home.
The three-day and five-day packages both offer accommodation, vegetarian meals, education, and activities for intimate groups of women. There is pricing available ex ADL and ex KI.
