From the organiser
Yoga Paws' puppy yoga sessions in Adelaide give guests time to stretch, unwind and enjoy the company of puppies as they explore the studio. An instructor guides a gentle, beginner-friendly flow, with room to follow the movement at an individual pace. A puppy settling beside a mat is part of the experience.
The main Adelaide venue is Eastside Yoga & Pilates in Erindale. Sessions run regularly, offering a different way to spend part of a weekend with a friend or enjoy a relaxed outing alone. No previous yoga experience is needed.
Dedicated staff supervise the puppies throughout, watching their behaviour and supporting voluntary interaction. The puppies have a separate retreat space and rest breaks between sessions, with their comfort shaping how the day is run.
Guests aged 12 and over are welcome. Advance booking is essential, and each released session has its own confirmed local times. The programme continues throughout the year, with new sessions released approximately three weeks ahead.
