Then it's time to feast family-style with dishes served to your table including Tesoro's famous garlic and rosemary focaccia, Tasmanian oysters, spinach and ricotta stuffed cannelloni and beautiful local Wild Clover lamb, slow roasted with rosemary, fennel & orange and served with fennel puree, duck fat potatoes and lamb jus.

And of course, Christmas dessert with a Italian twist. Enjoy Struffoli, a classic Italian dessert comprising of sweet and sticky honey balls, then chocolate semifreddo with Tasmanian berries to cool off a hot Tasmanian Christmas.
