The Wheel of Life: A Buddhist Map of Everything

Kadampa Meditation Centre Melbourne, Brunswick, VictoriaMon, 25 May 2026, 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

About this event

Everyone is welcome to attend - bring an open mind, a curious intellect and look forward to a stimulating and entertaining evening exploring of the core principles of the Buddhist path.

A picture speaks a thousand words - in drawing the diagram of the wheel of life, Buddha captured the full range of insights he had revealed in his many years of teaching. During this lecture, Gen Kelsang Rabten will show how this intricate image is a map of everyone's sufferings and all the joys people are capable of, and how it illuminates the path that leads to a state beyond sorrow.

After the initial presentation, there will be a period of questions and answers, and then a chance to continue the discussions over refreshments after the formal part of the evening is complete.

For all ability access go to gate intercom, enter 104, and ask to be let in to the lift to level 1.
