Calling all book lovers! As Australia's oldest continuous writers' festival, Brisbane Writers Festival has a long and storied history of connecting communities, showcasing creativity and finding just the right words.

Each year, they welcome thousands of readers and writers to Brisbane to celebrate books, spark ideas and start conversations.

From high literature through to crime, history and memoir, astute social and political commentary through to page-turning thrillers, comedy and dragon romance, they have a story for everyone!
