Stromlo Running Festival
About this event
The Stromlo Running Festival (SRF) is an annual destination trail event held in mid-to-late November. The event provides an opportunity for runners of all abilities to 'get off the road' and challenge themselves on trails that take in sweeping views of Canberra, Black Mountain Tower, and the Brindabella ranges. There's something for everyone!
Choose from six bespoke courses: 5 kilometre, 10 kilometre, 15 kilometre, 30 kilometre, and returning for its second year, the marathon (42.2 kilometre) course based in the stunning home grounds of Stromlo Forest. Plus, the family-favourite, the kids' 2.5 kilometre cross country is back for more fun and festive finish lines.
This event not only promotes physical fitness but also fosters a sense of community spirit. Families are encouraged to join the celebration, whether by participating or supporting from the sidelines!
