Learn to paint birds from reference.
A relaxed yet technique-rich Paint & Sip workshop where you'll learn how to confidently draw and paint any bird from any photograph, no pre-drawing and no prior experience required.
This workshop is designed to genuinely build your skills. You'll be guided through how to break down bird anatomy, understand proportion, and translate photographic references into a strong drawing foundation. From there, we'll explore acrylic painting techniques, including brush control, layering, colour mixing and mark-making, giving you tools you can use well beyond this session.
Whether you're a complete beginner or a weekend creative wanting to level up, this is a supportive, no-pressure class that moves at your pace. You'll leave with a finished 40 x 50 cm artwork and a solid understanding of how to approach future paintings with confidence.
