Fern's Hidden Winter Garden offers a unique winter dining experience within Fern Bar and Dining. Due to popular demand, the experience continues into spring, extended until Sunday 4 October.
On the second level of Hotel Indigo Melbourne Little Collins, three private botanical conservatories create an intimate escape for small groups of four to six guests. Lush plants, fairy lights and thoughtful touches create a hideaway from the city outside.
Breakfast, brunch, pre-show and dinner sittings are available. As the garden turns to spring, leisurely brunches take centre stage, featuring a new signature spring cocktail. Set menus feature shared entrées, plated mains and shared desserts, including oysters, wagyu rump and chocolate fondue. A Laneway Board, artisan cheese selection or cheese and chocolate fondue can be added to any sitting.
Giant Steps wines and theatrical tableside serves from Little Lon Distilling Co complete the experience. Bookings are essential.
