From the organiser
Christmas entertaining should feel generous and joyful—not like you've spent the entire day trapped in the kitchen while everyone else is having fun.
Held just before Christmas, this class would make a wonderfully different end-of-year get-together. Gather your workmates, bring a group of friends or book individually and join a table of people ready to cook, laugh and feast together.
In this hands-on class, you will create a magnificent Christmas feast filled with recipes that look impressive on the table but can be prepared with confidence at home. Once everything is ready, together with host Cindy you will load the table and enjoy the feast together.
