This large holiday house consists of 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms containing a total of 6 beds: 1 queen bed with private bathroom, 1 double bed in another room and 2 rooms with 2 single bed double bunkers in each room totalling 4 single beds in both rooms. There is a very spacious kitchen and modern living areas with expansive 180 degree water views. The house comes with one free carpark next to the front door and plenty of on-street parking for additional vehicles. There are around 4-5 steps inside the house.

The house is located close to the University of Tasmania (Utas) Sandy Bay campus, 15 minutes drive to CBD, direct buses to Hobart CBD with bus stops just down the road on Churchill Ave, 20-25 mins drive to Hobart International Airport and close to the two big supermarkets Coles and Woolworths, Asian groceries, banks, international restaurants and Sandy Bay post office.
