Long before degustation menus and tasting flights, the Barossa was built on generous food, robust reds and tables full of conversation.
The latest Wolf Blass experience celebrates that spirit with a slow-cooked brisket Heritage Pie infused with Wolf Blass Heritage Release Shiraz Cabernet, paired with three wines selected to tell the story of the winery. Made with a secret recipe of slow-cooked beef and delicious Careme pastry, the Wolf Blass Heritage Pie is a perfect accompaniment to not only the Wolf Blass Heritage Release Shiraz Cabernet 2018 that was used in the creation of the pie along with two wines from our famous Grey Label range.
