The Nebo Rodeo is one of Queensland's iconic country rodeos, drawing competitors, campers and spectators from across the state for an unforgetable weekend in the heart of the Isaac region.
Established in 1956, the event has grown from a small community gathering into one of regional Queensland's most popular rodeos, regularly attracting thousands of visitors to the historic township of Nebo.
The weekend begins with the Nebo Hotel Street Party on Friday night, where visitors can enjoy live entertainment, family-friendly activities, market stalls, food vendors and true country hospitality. As the sun sets, the town comes alive with a vibrant atmosphere that welcomes locals and travellers alike.
On Saturday, the action shifts to the rodeo arena for a full Australian Professional Rodeo Association (APRA) rodeo featuring some of Australia's best riders and roughstock athletes competing across a range of traditional rodeo events. From heart-stopping rides to crowd-favourite competitions, the Nebo Rodeo delivers an authentic Australian rodeo experience.
