Whether written, spoken, or sung, this series of events throughout the month of August explores how stories shape people's lives, and connect them through writing, thinking, poetry, storytelling, composing, and even friendly competition.
Proudly operating as a community-run festival since 2004, Trentham Words in Winter has grown into a cherished highlight on the local calendar. It draws creative talent from across the country while passionately showcasing local voices and artists.
The program offers a vibrant mix of community gatherings, storytelling, word challenges, and intimate ticketed events.
