Every Beatles Beat is a world-first, cinema-scale audiovisual installation: a sonic pilgrimage through the complete Beatles catalogue, curated by drummer and producer Luke Herbert.
Descend into the cellar-dark basement gallery and The Vault at the Fun Haus Gosford— reminiscent of The Cavern Club in Liverpool — and watch a continuous film unfurl: a filmed snippet of every Beatles studio recording in strict chronological order, lovingly reconstructed over two years. Recorded on same-era microphones and period-accurate Beatles outboard gear at Studios 301 Sydney (affiliated with Abbey Road Institute, London), the work seeks not reproduction but reincarnation — breathing new cinematic life into the sonic textures that shaped generations, seen from behind the kit through the perspective of Ringo Starr performed by session drummer Luke Herbert.
