The Cape Mentelle Cellar Collection offers a rare opportunity to explore the remarkable ageability and depth of Margaret River wines. Guests begin their experience with an al fresco reception under a marquee, enjoying canapés and Chardonnay. The journey continues with an exclusive masterclass in the Stainless Steel Cellar, where a curated selection of current and museum releases showcases how Margaret River's celebrated wines evolve over time.
Following the tasting, guests are invited into the Heritage Vat Cellar for an intimate long table dinner. Acclaimed chef George Cooper creates a bespoke menu, thoughtfully paired with current, museum and large-format wines from Cape Mentelle's cellar. The evening highlights regional heroes such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, offering a comprehensive tasting of both current and rare museum releases.
