The Grand Tasting at Howard Park Wines is the signature event of Pair'd Margaret River Region, offering an immersive afternoon for wine lovers. Visitors can explore an exceptional selection of wines from the region's most celebrated winemakers, including both iconic estates and emerging producers. The event invites guests to taste a wide range of varietals, from beloved classics to rare, limited releases not often found outside the cellar door.
Festival bites by chef Matt Moran are designed to complement the wines, enhancing the tasting experience. Guests can meet local artisan producers, enjoy freshly shucked Leeuwin Coast Albany Rock Oysters with a glass of Jété, and sample cheeses from regional makers. The Perfect Pair'd Stage features engaging conversations about wine with Tim Robards and other special guests.
For those seeking a deeper experience, Museum Masterclasses in the Wine Chapel provide access to rare back-vintage wines, guided by acclaimed wine writers Erin Larkin and Nick Ryan. Complimentary VOSS Water, still or sparkling, is available throughout the afternoon to refresh the palate. The Grand Tasting promises a unique journey through the flavours and stories of the Margaret River Region.
