Under the Stars invites guests to an immersive evening where fine dining, cultural storytelling and astronomy come together in the Margaret River Region. The experience begins with canapés, a welcome drink and acoustic music, setting the scene for a four-course menu paired with premium wines. As the night unfolds, a Wadandi storyteller shares stories and perspectives connected to Country, deepening the connection to the landscape and the skies above.
Guests can observe planets, star clusters, nebulae and distant galaxies using advanced smart telescopes, with live telescope feeds projected onto screens for a shared celestial experience. The evening is further enriched by a collaboration with a local Aboriginal Elder or cultural representative, who delivers a Welcome to Country and contributes to the menu by incorporating native ingredients and bush foods that reflect the region's heritage.
Under the StarsPair'd offers a rare opportunity to explore the universe, savour exceptional food and wine, and connect with the land in one of Western Australia's most spectacular natural settings.
