Open Streets Spirit of the Muster Street Festival
About this event
The Deni Ute Muster has secured funding through the NSW Government's Open Streets Program: Foundation Events 2026–27 to deliver a new community activation in the Deniliquin CBD ahead of the 2026 Deni Ute Muster. The initiative, proudly funded by the NSW Government's Open Streets Program led by Transport for NSW, aims to encourage community connection, support local businesses and enhance the visitor experience.
The Spirit of the Muster Street Festival will transform the town centre into a vibrant, people-focused space through the temporary closure of key streets. The free community event will feature live entertainment from Amber Lawrence and local artists, a fashion catwalk showcasing wares from local retailers, an outdoor cinema, a Lighting Up Culture light projection show, family-friendly activities and interactive experiences, wood chopping and whip cracking demos, and opportunities for local businesses, community groups and visitors to connect in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
