Amber Lane also hosts a monthly blending class. This is a chance to collect whisky samples straight from the barrel, before creating your own unique whisky blend to take home and enjoy.

Nestled on a farm in the Yarramalong Valley, Amber Lane Distillery is home to a range of nationally and internationally recognised whiskies, all made at its Central Coast cellar door.
Known for its premium barrels, longer maturation and European distilling principles, Amber Lane has quickly become renowned for its refined, complex and delicious whiskies.
