Thirteen years have passed since a Santos Tour Down Under stage last started and finished in the charming town of Angaston. Expect plenty of action across this emphatic return – a scenic loop covering the Barossa at its best.
Bethany, Greenock and Nuriootpa are among communities set to feature, with world-famous wine country the perfect backdrop to a day where fast finishers have their moment in the sun.
Sprint points are up for grabs in Tanunda, with three ascents of local landmark Menglers Hill and a gradual uphill battle to the finish that will favour the fastest men.
