From Farm to Table: A Community Spring Long Lunch
About this event
From Farm to Table: A Community Spring Long Lunch invites visitors to experience the Barossa through a shared celebration of seasonal food, local wine and genuine community connection.
Hosted by the Barossa Farmers Market, this special dining experience brings together the region's growers, makers and producers around one long table. The menu is created by chef and Barossa Farmers Market stallholder Daniel Murphy using fresh seasonal produce sourced directly from the market. Every dish reflects the flavours of spring and the stories behind the people who produce the food.
Guests begin with a welcoming drink and seasonal canapés before enjoying a generous shared three-course feast paired with local beverages. Fresh seasonal non-alcoholic options are also available.
More than a meal, From Farm to Table: A Community Spring Long Lunch offers the opportunity to meet local producers, discover the origins of exceptional regional ingredients and enjoy the warm hospitality for which the Barossa is renowned. Shared tables encourage conversation, connection and a true sense of community.
This unique event celebrates the journey from farm to plate while showcasing the quality, provenance and passion that make the Barossa Farmers Market one of South Australia's leading regional food experiences.
