Celebrate the arrival of spring at Bella Restaurant with Meet the Makers with Four Pillars, an evening inspired by the bold flavours of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin.
The Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin Feast is a seasonal three-course menu by Head Chef Steve Scambler, inspired by the botanicals, citrus and rich berry notes of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin and showcasing the best of Yarra Valley produce. Co-hosted by Four Pillars' Nick Tesar, the evening explores the story behind one of Australia's most iconic craft gins, with exclusive cocktails created especially for the event.
The experience begins with a Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin and Tonic and roaming canapes before guests enjoy the main course and finish at Chef Darcy's dessert bar. Along the way, guests will enjoy two exclusive Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin cocktails and a Yarra Valley Shiraz, with Steve and Nick sharing the inspiration behind each pairing.
