Meditation Made Easy: Simple Practices for a Calmer Mind and Open Heart
About this event
Have you ever wanted to meditate but weren't sure where to start? Maybe you've tried before and found it difficult to quiet your mind, or perhaps you've always been curious but assumed meditation just wasn't for you.
This welcoming 90-minute workshop is designed to show you that meditation can be simple, enjoyable, and accessible to everyone.
Rather than sitting through a lecture, you'll be gently guided through a variety of easy, practical meditation techniques. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, find greater clarity, improve your focus, or simply enjoy a little more peace in your day, you'll leave with practical tools you can begin using immediately.
Along the way, you'll discover why meditation has been practised for thousands of years, explore common obstacles that make meditation feel difficult, and learn simple ways to establish a practice that fits naturally into everyday life.
No previous experience is necessary, and there's no pressure to "clear your mind" or get everything "right." This workshop is relaxed, supportive, and perfect for complete beginners as well as anyone wanting to refresh or deepen their meditation practice.
By the end of the session, you'll leave with greater confidence and a toolkit of meditation practices you can continue at home to help cultivate calm, resilience, and a more open heart.
Everyone is welcome.
