Award-winning artist Fanny Lumsden's fifth studio album Traditions is a heartfelt collection of songs that mark a deeply resonant shift in Lumsden's songwriting, resulting in her boldest face-first album yet. Recorded live with her band and producer Steven Schram at Soundpark Studios in Melbourne, it's a testament to the band's gigs and kilometres logged together from Country Halls to Glastonbury UK over the past few years.
From a western NSW sheep farm to some of the world's biggest stages, touring with artists like Paul Kelly and Lucinda Williams, Fanny Lumsden has established herself as one of the genre's most esteemed performers, combining heartfelt songwriting, humour and sharp observation with a live show renowned for its energy, generosity and connection.
