Adelaide Parklands Guided Walk - Golden Wattle Park / Mirnu Wirra (Park 21 West)
About this event
Starting at the corner of Sir Lewis Cohen Ave and South Tce, we'll take in the historic Lundie Gardens, the Princess Elizabeth playground, the playing fields, native bush regeneration, the Park's historic connection to an annual "Wattle Day" and the famous 2023 battle to save this Park from a new 8-hectare police barracks.
Wear sturdy shoes for a walk of around 90 minutes duration.
Children are very welcome. Dogs are also welcome, but on a lead, please.
