Rustic Italian Nights is a dinner series inspired by the summers Dougie and Bel have spent in Rome visiting family, drawing upon the trattorias, markets, and street corners that stole their hearts. With years of experience cooking in Italian restaurants across Melbourne and London, Dougie brings both the heart and the craft to dishes you won't find on a typical Italian restaurant menu. Move over pizza.
