The Great Hills Roast: Fathers Day Special

Ambleside Distillers is bringing back its sell-out Father's Day Sunday Roast for another year.
Guests can settle in for a generous four-course lunch centred around slow-roasted lamb shoulder with proper gravy, served with double-cooked crispy potatoes, maple-glazed carrots, buttered parsnips, minted peas and housemade Yorkshire pudding.
To finish it all off, there's Ambleside's housemade sticky date pudding served with vanilla ice cream and plenty of butterscotch sauce.
It's a hearty, generous Father's Day lunch made for gathering the family around the table.
Last year's event sold out, so early bookings are highly recommended.
