Step inside the historic Carrick Hill Stables and meet Nipper and Nimble, the much-loved life-sized horse figures who brought joy to generations of South Australian children in the Magic Cave at John Martin's each Christmas.

Enjoy a 10-minute session where you can get up close to these gentle horses, hear a little about their special place in Adelaide's Christmas tradition, and capture some memorable photos together. Please check the booking page for session times.

Children under 150 cm tall and weighing less than 65 kg will also have the opportunity to sit on Nimble for a photo, making this a truly magical experience for young visitors.

Session Information

- 10-minute experience

- Maximum 4 people per session
