DinoFest Melbourne Spring 2026
About this event
DinoFest is the ultimate school holiday fun, featuring life-size, walking, and interactive dinosaurs and a range of kids' themed activities.
DinoFest stomps back into Nortons Park at Wantirna South this spring, following a sell-out season last year that proved a huge hit with local families. The immersive experience especially designed for children aged nine and younger runs throughout most days of the school holidays, excluding 23, 28 and 29 September, with an additional weekend of shows from 10 to 11 October to meet demand.
In addition to more than 30 massive, walking and interactive dinos and lots of cute baby dinos attendees can touch and pat, DinoFest Melbourne Spring 2026 will debut two new baby robot dinosaurs.
The Dino Trail stars a towering Brachiosaurus and, of course, a huge T. Rex. The 45-minute Dinosaur Encounter live show is another highlight, and DinoFest includes a range of educational and engaging kids' activities like a Dino Dig, themed arts and crafts and feel a fossil with real dinosaur bones.
Blending entertainment, education and imagination, DinoFest is a highly interactive outdoor adventure that promises to spark wonder and lifelong memories.
Families are strongly encouraged to pre-book online as DinoFest will sell out faster than a Velociraptor can run.
