Join in for this relaxed, demonstration-based class as Angela shares her tips, techniques and favourite recipes to help you create beautiful bakes with confidence. Whether you're looking to expand your baking repertoire or simply enjoy a fun morning surrounded by fellow food lovers, this class is packed with inspiration, plenty of tastings, and recipes to take home.
The menu includes mushroom and goats cheese galette; bacon, parmesan and chive scones, lemon custard cream biscuits and traditional lamingtons.
The price includes a three-hour cooking demonstration, tea or coffee on arrival, tasting of all the delicious creations and a recipe booklet to take home.
