Sidewood vs France: A Blind Tasting Dinner
About this event
No famous names. No price tags. No preconceived ideas. Just what's in the glass.
Their wines have been judged on the world stage. Now, they're bringing the challenge home — and this time, you're the judge.
Join them for Sidewood vs France, an immersive blind-tasting dinner where award-winning Sidewood wines will be poured alongside premium French benchmarks from Champagne, Chablis, Burgundy and the Northern Rhône.
Throughout the evening, each wine pairing will be served completely blind. Taste both wines, compare notes with your table and cast your vote before they reveal which glass was Sidewood and which was France.
Will the famous French classics win your vote, or will Adelaide Hills hold its own against some of the world's most celebrated wine regions?
Hosted by Owner and Vigneron Owen Inglis, Winemaker Dylan Lee and Brand Ambassador Serena Moorghen, the evening will feature expert insights, engaging conversation and a carefully curated multi-course menu by Executive Chef Nick Filsell, designed to complement every tasting flight.
At Sidewood, they're proud of what they produce. But they believe great wine should be judged by what's in the glass — not the name on the bottle.
Gather your table, trust your palate and come and cast your vote.
