Settle in for an evening dedicated to bold cooking, quality produce and a great cut of steak at the centre of it all.
The menu sets the tone from the start, with savoury snacks and rich flavours leading into entrées including osso bucco with polenta and salsa verde. Then comes the main event: ribeye steak served with a line-up of house-made condiments like chimichurri, mustard, béarnaise, and horseradish, alongside beef fat roast potatoes and grilled broccolini.
And because no Steak Night is complete without something indulgent to finish, dessert brings warm chocolate brownie together with whisky caramel and Earl Grey ice cream. It's a menu that's rich, generous and packed with flavour, served against the backdrop of Port Phillip Bay.
