Negroni Month returns to YCK Laneways this September, with Campari and nineteen bars, restaurants and cafés across York, Clarence and Kent Streets in the Sydney CBD.
Every venue pours the classic Negroni all month, alongside a house variation created for the campaign and a Campari Spritz.
No two are alike. Cash Only Diner washes Campari in coconut and serves it with sake. PS40 puts theirs sous vide for five hours with banana bread and tonka bean. Santa Catarina clarifies a Negroni built on mezcal. Uncle Ming's reaches for Japanese whisky. Little National pairs Campari with Scotch and pear.
The entertainment runs all month and it is free to attend. Tarot readings every Wednesday at Stitch Bar. Roaming mariachi at Esteban. Soul and funk DJs at Papa Gede's. Live jazz at Little National. Saturday night disco at Burrow Bar. Roaming burlesque at Kent St Hotel. A Negroni masterclass with Campari at Bar Conte.
