From the organiser
The Self Love Retreat is a half-day retreat for women at Premalaya in Yallingup, in the heart of Western Australia's South West.
It is created for the woman who has spent years putting everyone else first and has lost touch with who she is. Most guests arrive on their own. The group is small and held with warmth.
The day moves through three gentle stages. Reflect with guided reflection and journalling. Rewire with meditation, a 9D Breathwork journey and confidence and mindset exercises. Release with a sound healing experience, a release exercise and future self work.
Guests leave with a written plan, in their own words, for what comes next.
Lunch is prepared at Premalaya. Guests are welcome to enjoy the grounds and gardens between sessions. The day is hosted by Tonnette Muscat, founder of Your Velvet Passport.
