Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice that helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and support the body to return to balance. It's often described as deeply relaxing, and it's really something you need to feel for yourself to fully understand.
Two session lengths are available so you can pick what suits you.
A 20-minute session is a lovely taster if you're new to Reiki, or if you just want to slot a short pause into a busy day.
A full one-hour session gives you the time and space to sink deeply into the energy. Ideal if you've had Reiki before or if you want a proper rest.
Sessions are private. No experience or belief in anything specific is needed, and you'll remain fully clothed throughout. Bookings essential.
